Just so we can all be aware of what Dr. Berwick believes, in his own word, about rationing of care. Just for those more liberally minded who read this, you will see rationing and think i am just regurgitating republican talking points. However he is a firm believer in "rationing" as he and the NIH have both explicitly stated. The joke in England is that they are so proud that their national health system covers abortions, but it takes 10 months to get an appointment. Oh and nice recess apointee without senate confirmation. I guess its the Harvard buddy hookup!
